About Me

Chris Pacheco: I'm a business owner, commercial real estate developer, and commercial real estate broker. My life philosophy is simple, follow Christ, take care of my family, and have fun. Except for 7 years in the US Army, I've been a serial entrepreneur my entire professional career. I've been blessed with an exciting life. I have an incredible family. I Graduated from West Point in 1984, received an MBA from Boston University in 1988. I'm an ex Army Airborne Ranger and combat veteran. Professionally, I'm a licensed real estate broker, licensed contractor, and licensed electrician. I never decided what I wanted to be when I grew up, so I chose not to grow up and do as much as I can while I'm alive. For relaxation I train in Kempo Karate, love to deep sea fish, and lead a christian based men's group. I started this blog years ago to generate consulting business. Since then my priorities have changed, so now this blog is about my thoughts and interests. Hope you enjoy your visit to my blog.
